We are very flexible and will be happy to make changes to any menu, or even supply completely different food choices according to your needs. All menus can be customized and buffets can be plated individually if that would better suit your needs. The prices include delivery, set-up, serving, if desired, and clean up, unless otherwise noted. Our normal payment policy is payment in full within 10 days. We also accept all major credit cards.
